Not sure you posted before but sissi in code lyoko has an underskirt shot in episode xana awakens part 2 when she wakes up in nurse office and it even takes a shot of her uncrossing her legs but it’s quick and not mentioned much but seems kind of on purpose. Also Cheshire in young justice and hard times of rj berger have some pretty good ones

In Birthday Wonderland (a.k.a. The Wonderland), Akane Uesugi has a partial butt peek under her gown as it billows slightly when she gets out of bed and runs to a window @ 42:47.
