ENGLISH: Hi, guys, Just wanted to let you know I am currently sick and that's why I have not posted anything since last monday.
I ate something that really upset my stomach and I have been running to the toilet basically nonstop.
So I don't have the energy to post things over here right know. We will be back next monday 18, hopefully I will be better by then.

EliminarLol, no. I think I had too much to eat in a short period of time.
EliminarI went to see the Sheep Detective movie with my family and I had fries with cheese and bacon.
Then after the movie we went to to food court of the mall and I drank a big milkshake.
A few hours later we had ground beef with cheese sauce for dinner.
I think it was all too much for my stomach.
Gee! That was definitely a heavy combination for your stomach. All that fat from the cheese, bacon and ground beef mixed with the sugar from the milkshake is too much for your body to digest. Now the secret is to give your digestive system a rest. Don't lie down right away to avoid making it worse. Drink some warm boldo or mint tea and sip water. Get well soon!
