ResponderEliminarBased Japanese animators. I think TMS did the animation while Nelvana did the post-production to the pilot. Ashame the actual series wasn't animated as well as the pilot. To be fair, it's not meant to be sexualize. She's a cheerleader and it was (and still is) quite common for cheerleaders to wear miniskirts. Back in the 80s you could have a ton of panty shots & helicopter parents didn't mind. But lord forbid you release a show with a ton of cartoon violence. Truly those were better times than now.
