ENGLISH: Sandy showing her booty and being in general very horny. 

She is from the french show Les Kassos (aka The Wakos), a show where a social worker interviews parodies of  several characters from movies, cartoons, comics, tv show, etc. 

Sandy is a parody of Candy Candy. Pictures from the episode "Muldor et Scoully & Sandy". The gifs I found them in 4chan.

ENGLISH: An animated version of the singer Glukoza, who in a couple of music videos appears semi naked, dressed in short dresses with pantyshots, swimsuits, underwear and at the very end she even seems to be in her pajamas.

ESPAÑOL: Una versión animada de la cantante Glukoza, quien en un par de vídeos animados aparece topless, semidesnuda, vistendo falditas que muestran sus bragas, trajes de baño, ropa interior y al final parece que está en pijamas.
