EliminarI see. Even we can watch "google images" for anonymous people use to post on websites and blogs all around the world. If i had a software to make gifs i would watch every single moment.
There are some programs that let you make gif files.https://online-video-cutter.com/projects/ab373320-ab8d-4c3b-8828-0eb730488eff this is one available online but your limited to 5 a day but you can bypass that.Photopea is another one but I haven't tried that feature yet but you can split a gif into frames. Those video converter programs I've mentioned have gif making features.Capcut is the newest one I'm using as I can adjust videos to look more modern.You can change the quality of the video to make it even better for capping like 480p stuff but they only get improved when exporting first.While not exactly upscale ,the videos exported will look better than the originals you have.The stuff I already sent you in 480p that I regret sending because I didn't know capcut could improve them.I can cap and send you the kenny the shark stuff to test this out as the videos I improve are already high quality.

In "You've Come a Long Way, Baby!", Meg wears short shorts and has a partially exposed butt shot as well as an up-shorts/partial panty shot while jogging @ 2:40-2:47. A female journalist has butt shots @ 9:44, 9:46,-9:48, and 9:54. Not sure, but she might have a panty peek @ 10:04-10:06, unless that's a peek of the underside of her thigh.

In Hanna-Barbera's Richie Rich/Zillion Dollar Adventures segment, "Disappearing Dignitaries", Gloria Glad has a side-panty shot as her skirt billows @ 14:06 when she and Richie fall down into a hole. Even though the segment's title isn't mentioned within the episode, I hope that this is the right one. Also, the episode number within the first season may also be wrong as the order of copies of this and other segments is inconsistent. The title of the video mentions "Season 1 Episode 4", but it's actually from the tenth episode of that season.
