ENGLISH: Jo from Total Drama Revenge of the Island. 

Apparently there was a leak of Total Drama stuff earlier this month, including this reference of Jo in the nude. 

I also added screenshots of the episode "A Mine is a Terrible Thing to Waste", where she is naked but we see only her shadow.

ENGLISH: Noora from the 1996 movie Santa Claus and the Magic Drum. 

She has a scene where we can see under her skirt and she seems to be wearing both panties and leggings. In a later scene she gets another upskirt shot but only has leggings.
