In the Halloween TV special, The Adventures of the Scrabble People in A Pumpkin Full of Nonsense, a pigtailed, blonde girl in green has a frontal panty shot @ 20:19-20:22 due to her short skirt having ridden up as she's leaned back slightly.

The Little Red Riding Hood from the Merrie Melodies short, "Little Red Riding Rabbit" has a few panty shots: As she skips to her grandma's house @ 1:36-1:37, as the Big Bad Wolf shows her out the door @ 2:47-2:50, and when her skirt blows up briefly for a second when he yells at her to leave before he shows her out again @ 4:40 with panty peeks @ 4:41-4:47. Her panties match her red skirt and hood in her first upskirt scene, but in the others, they're white.
