EliminarI found a program called VideoProc Converter AI that you can use to enhance screencaps from videos with poor or just ok quality.I just tried it on the oum the dolphin video and the yadamon caps I have and I'm very impress with how they look.It's easier to just enhance the caps rather then convert a whole video.If you did check out the upscale jade chan swimsuit link I send you,360p-480p video can look as good as that.
